Today we wanted to highlight an awesome website with a unique design that was made with Rocket Ivy. This website is not the typical simple clean look most companies go with. No, this one is dark themed, really cool, and with some custom design elements we were able to help them achieve using our solutions entirely. Though many of our clients like to keep their websites simple and clean, and there’s nothing wrong with that (especially for a business that calls for that aesthetic), other times making something super awesome and extra cool is the way to go.
So what’s cool in graphics pretty much every time? Fire. Fire just looks really cool. Especially when it’s animated, blended, layered with other animation and graphics, all that good stuff. That’s just the type of website design House Fire Magazine has launched with Rocket Ivy and we were happy to help make their concept a reality.
They wanted a very specific feel that we were able to achieve with some custom front-end design development. (You can add this type of work to any package with the sliders when ordering a new site through our website.) In this case we used this time to incorporate their content from the site into a splash screen that highlights all of the posts about house music producers, DJs, and articles that they have – and in an awesome unique way.
Each tile is interactive as well, reacting to mouse hovers, and when clicked, will scroll down to the matching content.
House Fire Mag’s website was just one great example of that.
